Water Damage Restoration

Our water damage restoration team was trained at The American Drying Institute (ADI) in Morristown, TN. They are one of the most well respected water damage schools in the country today. In the past, water damaged goods and materials had to be replaced. With our technology, the majority of water damaged materials can be salvaged. The ability to dry out a facility and keep most of the affected area from having to be completely re-built saves your business time and money. We have saved individuals and insurance companies tens of thousands of dollars utilizing our equipment. Our machines have the newest technology on the market so that we can serve our customers in the most efficient manner. Time is money and our goal is to keep from interrupting our customers business as much as possible.

Who is our customer? That’s easy….anyone who has a water problem. We service call-ins as well as regular customers. We have conducted our services for residential homeowners, property management companies overseeing high end condos, multi-tenant commercial office buildings, industrial warehouses, schools, grocery stores etc…..You name it and we can do it.

When will we provide services? We have staff on call 24/7 ready to take care of your needs at a moment’s notice. Problems seem to always happen at the most inopportune times. We are ready and waiting for the call.

Until Help Arrives

First: Is everyone safe?

  • Is your home or business safe?
  • If possible shut off water.
  • Electricity can be conducted by water! Is your power still on? Can you safely turn it off?
  • Things are slippery and there might be “hidden” obstacles under water.
  • Don’t take any undo risks, your health and safety are the most important things!

 

After Flooding

  • Mop and blot as much water as you can.
  • Remove tabletop items and wipe wooden furniture of excess water..
  • Take off cushions and prop up where they can drain and air can circulate.
  • Put small blocks under furniture legs between wet carpeting.
  • If it’s summer time, turn AC on high .
  • To keep dyes from transferring separate any fabrics or paper with color off of your carpets.
  • Take any art objects from tables and walls to a dry, safe place..
  • Remove any loose items from your floors.

What NOT To Do After Flooding

  • Do not leave wet blankets, curtains, anything made of fabric in place.
  • Hang furs and leather goods.
  • Your regular vacuum will NOT remove water and will become an electrical hazard . Do Not use to pick up water
  • Do not use any electrical appliances in the flooded area.
  • For safety do not go into rooms or turn on overhead lights or fans where ceilings wet or sagging.

Every situation is different, we’ll design a removal and restoration site plan for your unique circumstances. Here is what you can expect when you contact us:

  • A site inspection by one of our IICRC/ADI certified technicians.
  • Thorough water extraction conducted by a truck mounted system.
  • Set up of dehumidifiers, air movers, air scrubbers, plastic to quarantine the area.
  • Monitor equipment, calibrate as necessary.
  • If your business has water damage, our site plan will include moving machines as needed  to keep your business up running.
  • Mold clean up.
  • Replacement of building materials when they are damaged beyond repair. When materials reach their destruction point, our site plan will can include demolition, re-design and re-modeling.
